Some states license electricians at the city or county, not through a state board. The Consolidated City of Indianapolis and Marion County is one of them: an ICC exam on the 2023 NEC, passed at 75 percent. If you are testing for a local NEC credential, use the code lessons, the calculation lab, and the simulators to drill lookups and load math. This site does not issue that local license.
